With the Security and Concierge Center, you can send in-house messages, communicate bidirectionally with your customer, manage appointment bookings, and monitor the alarm inputs of the network-installed INSPINIA touchpanel. The Concierge Center is compatible with all INSPINIA touchpanels on which our software is installed. This concerns all INSPINIA models, except the Android versions.

Send messages to the Concierge Center:

The concierge console for hotel and building automation allows you to send messages to the INSPINIA touch panel installed in the network. The transmission of messages by the Concierge Center can be used, for example, in the hotel to inform the guest via an inbox, to inform him that the hotel laundry has finished his laundry or to send him a current status via his hotel booking. The capabilities of the Concierge Center for message delivery are therefore very versatile and not limited only for use in the hotel. The reception of messages is possible with all INSPINIA models with software installed by us. You do not need any hardware or software other than the Concierge Center to use the concierge function in the hotel, office, conference center .... In order to use the reception of messages on the INSPINIA touch panel, you do not need an extra license. The news feature is part of the software. To display the messages, there is a separate object in the dashboard. More details are explained in the manual of the INSPINIA Touchpanel.

Bidirectional communication with the guest / intercom with guests

The Doorbell section can be used to set up communication with the Concierge Center. This makes it possible for the guest in the hotel or even employees to establish a voice connection to the Concierge Center with the aid of the INSPINIA touch panel. In addition, the communication of the guest with the Concierge Center can also be conducted as a video call. The Concierge Center has a built-in camera, which can be optionally activated. In the INSPINIA panels, we deliberately did without the installation of a camera. Thus, we can ensure that the Concierge Center at no time has a look into the hotel rooms and give the hotel guest a reassuring sense of privacy in the hotel room.

Manage appointment bookings / Manage meeting room booking

The concierge center can also be used in the hotel etc as an appointment management. Our soon to be released booking system lets you manage all room bookings comfortably. Under room bookings we understand at the moment the booking of sauna, conference room, gym, massage, but also the order of room service, taxi, cleaning lady, craftsman .... Therefore, the concierge headquarters also for use in building automation, in residential complexes and Residences with their own Concerige service ideal. We have already installed the Concierge Center in numerous hotels, residences and residential complexes abroad, thus achieving a significant increase in comfort. The operation and appointment booking is very simple and is done directly on the INSPINIA touch panel in the menu item Concierge.

Alarm center / central detector monitoring

Each INSPINIA touchpanel has 5 built-in alarm inputs. Detectors and contacts can be connected to these inputs. The transmission of these alarms to the Security Center can be carried out by all network-integrated INSPINIA touch panels. However, this alarm function does not replace a prescribed fire alarm panel! For example, you can use the alarm inputs to monitor the doors and windows of a vacant room. Switch on the alarm function on the INSPINIA Panel and have the panel report to the Security Center when the door or window is opened.

The Security and Concierge Center is based on Android and connected to the network via CAT cable. The device is complete and you do not need any additional accessories. The Security and Concierge Center is available in 2 variants. In the smaller Variant it can communicate with up to 250 INSPINIA panels in the network. In the larger version of the Concierge Center, there can be up to 500 touchpanels. If you have an even higher demand please contact us. It is technically possible to extend the Concierge Centzer even further. The Concierge and Security Center has a 7" touch display with a 4: 3 resolution, and currently available languages ​​are English and Turkish.
